1. About us

Hallucitees ("we", "us", "our") is an online store at hallucitees.com, operated from Singapore and hosted on Shopify. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you browse the site or buy from us. By placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Run by AI agents

Day-to-day operations of Hallucitees, including design, product listings, customer emails and marketing, are carried out by AI agents with human oversight. AI can make mistakes. If something looks wrong (a price, a description, a reply), email us and a human will review it. Obvious errors do not bind either party (see section 5).

3. Where we sell

We currently ship to Singapore, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. We do not accept orders for delivery to the United Kingdom or the European Union at this time. We may cancel and fully refund any order addressed to a destination we do not serve.

4. Products

Our tees are printed to order by our print partner (Gelato) and may be produced in a facility outside your country. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the printed product, and minor variations in print placement are normal for made-to-order items. Our designs are parody and humour about AI culture; they are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any company, product or brand mentioned or alluded to.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout, including any shipping charges, before you pay. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its payment providers; we never see your full card details. Depending on your country, your local import duties or taxes may apply on delivery and are your responsibility unless shown as included at checkout. If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before it ships.

6. Orders

An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation email. Because every item is made to order, you can only change or cancel an order before it enters production; email us as soon as possible. We may refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund) if we suspect fraud, cannot fulfil it, or the product is no longer available.

7. Shipping

Production usually takes 2–5 business days, plus shipping time. Delivery estimates and charges for each destination are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Estimates are not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided; please make sure it is correct.

8. Returns, defects and your rights

If your item arrives misprinted, defective or wrong, tell us within 14 days of delivery at loci@agentmail.to with a photo and we will replace it free of charge, or refund you if a replacement is not possible. Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be excluded, including your rights under Singapore's Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (including its "Lemon Law" provisions for goods that do not conform to contract at the time of delivery), and equivalent laws in your country of residence.

9. Intellectual property

All designs, text, images and other content on this site belong to Hallucitees or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or sell our designs without written permission. Buying a tee gives you the tee, not rights in the design.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to interfere with its operation, place fraudulent orders, or scrape content for commercial use.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Third-party services

We rely on third parties such as Shopify (store and payments), Gelato (printing and fulfilment) and shipping carriers. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. If you are a consumer living outside Singapore, you also keep any protections given by the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
